A concert dedicated to the 77th anniversary of the Great Victory was held in Bendery

On the Day of the 77th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War in the Bendery park named after. Alexander Nevsky held a festive concert “At six o’clock in the evening after the war.”

The outdoor area was crowded. Local residents and guests of the city went to the holiday with their whole families.

Creative teams of houses of culture. Pavel Tkachenko and Shelkovik prepared a varied program based on songs from the war years. Known and loved since childhood, they were sung along not only by people of the middle and older generation, but also by young citizens. Among them are “Katyusha”, “Blue Handkerchief”, “Front Path”, and, of course, “Victory Day”.

The concert was continued by performances of the municipal brass band, drummers of school No. 15, as well as the Song and Dance Ensemble “Prieteniya”. It should be noted that the dancers presented the choreographic performance “The Immortal Regiment”, which participated in the international action in Russia in 2020.

At 18:55, the audience joined the Republican Minute of Silence in memory of the fallen defenders of the Motherland.

A field kitchen worked in Alexander Nevsky Park. Everyone could taste soldier’s porridge and treat themselves to hot tea.

The festive event ended with an open-air film screening of the Russian film Zoya about the feat of a young girl Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya.
