“There are beautiful landscapes” – Scottish tourists about Pridnestrovie
Friendliness, beautiful scenery, great prices and friendly people. This is how Tiraspol was designated by Steve Harris. The Scottish traveler explained his interest in Pridnestrovie.
“My wife and I learned about Pridnestrovie from a television show on a Scottish channel. In it, a well-known journalist talked about a mysterious country that is not recognized, but lives well. We wanted to be here, ” – explains Steve.
Scottish tourists combined their acquaintance with Pridnestrovie with attending a football match – tomorrow in Chisinau, the Scotland team will play against Moldova as part of the World Cup qualifying campaign. On the eve of the meeting, the Scandinavians visited Tiraspol.
“We have heard about your football club“ Sheriff ”. We know that he plays in the Champions League. So it’s a good team, ”says Steve Harris.
The Scotsman arrived in Tiraspol with a group of 600 travelers. Tourists in kilts (a kilt is a piece of men’s national clothing in Scotland) walked around the Catherine Park all day and took a photo as a souvenir.
