Moldovan traditions and culture
Many nationalities live side by side on the territory of Pridnestrovie, while maintaining their authenticity. On this multi-day itinerary, we invite you to visit places that will allow you to get to know more about Moldavian traditions, culture, life, taste dishes and drinks of Moldavian national cuisine.
First day. Visit the Holy Ascension Novo-Nyametsky Monastery in the Kitskany village. In Ternovka, we suggest you visit the Casa-Karaman house-museum, which holds a unique collection of antiques of Moldavian life, as well as a unique Bottle-Museum of alcoholic beverages where you can stay overnight at the hotel.
Second day. Go to the Slobodzeya Historical Museum, visit the craft workshop “Mioara” and the ceramic workshop of Galina Kharchenko. Stay overnight in one of the hotels in Tiraspol or Dubossary.

The third day. In Dubossary, visit the local history museum of the city, the ethnographic museum of Moldovan folk culture and life “Casa Mare”. You can have supper and stay overnight at the Agropansion Poyata in the Ghoyany village.
Fourth day. In the village of Zhura, Rybnitsa district, visit the largest Moldavian school in Pridnestrovie. An ethnographic museum with exhibits of rural life was set up in the school. You can dine at the Dim Dimych estate in Podoima.
